The Multi-Use Equation

The multi-use strategy has been attempted time and time again by the local church in an effort to serve their community. Many times, we achieved greater community impact and improved stewardship but not at the levels we hoped. In this session, we will provide a compelling reason as to why we should consider a multi-use strategy while revealing some of the flaws in the approach often taken by the church to make it happen.

Multi-Use Road Map

In this session, we get into the ‘business’ of a successful multi-use strategy by taking attendees through a launch-strategy for a preschool. The stops along the journey are transferable to any multi-use endeavor. Whether you are considering coworking, preschool, events or even a coffee shop, this detailed journey will provide critical guard rails to your efforts.

The Mortgage Neutral Church

The mission of the church is to introduce people to Jesus and disciple them to become fully devoted followers of Christ. The greatest hindrance to this mission is leaders and financial resources. If the church could fix these two major challenges, every church would be healthier and much more effective. This would lead to greater community impact and faster growth. In this session, we seek to solve the problem by adopting a new strategy called ‘The Mortgage Neutral Church.’

Navigating the Events Matrix

In an age of increasing time spent online, live events are becoming even more essential. Leveraging our church facilities for events is more than just a revenue source, it’s an opportunity for people to see your space as a hub to the community.

Marketing Matters

Marketing is challenging, you can’t do everything but activity without strategy and understanding could be completely worthless. In this session, Ryan Moore teaches the fundamentals of promoting your church and your multi-use strategy to engage your community like never before.

Making Connections

One of the ways to help a child know God is to give them someone who know God and believes in them. Having a strategic plan to engage those who connect with your multi-use strategy creates incredible opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus. In this session, Jess Bealer will present practical methods to do just that!
